Mentoring and coaching are increasingly seen as essential for supporting teachers at any stage of their careers. Through this course, participants will learn the distinctions and commonalities between coaching and mentoring. Additionally, participants will determine how these powerful interactions can improve both teacher and program practice. This course meets the Maryland State Department of Education’s requirements for 45-Hour Coaching and Mentoring Credential.
